Christina and Justin's wedding at Cantigny Park was full of the kind of moments that make a day feel truly personal: thoughtful details, meaningful traditions, and time spent with the people they love most.
We started the morning at Christina's childhood home for getting-ready photos, which set the tone for the entire day. There's nothing like getting ready in the space where someone grew up, surrounded by family, familiar rooms, and years of memory before stepping into a brand new one.
One of our favorite parts of the day happened here too: Christina's first look with her dad. Watching a father see his daughter in her wedding dress for the first time never gets old, and this moment was no exception, quiet, tender, and full of emotion.
From there, we headed to Cantigny Park for a first look between Christina and Justin in the Rose Garden. Surrounded by their closest family, the two of them shared a private moment together before exchanging their vows right there among the roses. Choosing to do their vows privately, away from the ceremony itself, gave them a chance to really be present with each other, no audience, no distractions, just the two of them.
Their ceremony followed in Cantigny's Keyhole Garden, one of our favorite spots on the property for its lush, layered greenery and the way it wraps a ceremony in green on every side. A violinist played throughout, and the live music added such a beautiful, emotional layer to the whole thing; every note seemed to match the joy of the day.
Christina and Justin's wedding was a beautiful reminder of what really makes a day special: thoughtful choices, meaningful traditions, and the people who show up to celebrate with you.
Congratulations, Christina and Justin! Thank you for letting us be part of such a meaningful day.
XOXO,
